Donate a gift of stock

Amara accepts gifts of stock and bonds. Your gift is tax deductible and may help you avoid capital gains taxes. Email Megan or call 206.260.1704 for instructions and account information.

Matching gifts

Many companies match charitable gifts made by their employees. Your gift may double or possibly triple. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and spouses. Contact your human resources department to find out if your company matches donations and to obtain a matching gift form.

Make an honorary gift

Celebrate a friend, relative or special occasion by making a gift to Amara. You’ll receive a receipt for your donation and we’ll send a personal card to the honoree. (The amount of your contribution will be kept confidential.)
